Larry Eugene Boots, 69, of Hillside Avenue, Ellwood City died on Monday, October 5, 2009 at the Ellwood City Hospital following a fourteen month illness.

Born June 20, 1940 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Theron "Sam" and Myrtle Hall Boots.

Larry was a retired truck driver and a Veteran of the US Army.  He attended the First Church of God in Ellwood City.  Larry was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping.

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Doll Boots, children and their spouses; Theron and Brenda Boots, Enon Valley, John and Virginia Boots, Kenny and Leslie Boots, Rick and Cindy Boots, Joe and Lynann Boots, Tina and Bill Pierce, Andrew and Linda Boots and Larry Boots, all of Ellwood City, two sisters and a brother in law; Hazel Stinntt of California and Doris and Ed Crawford of Ellwood City, two brothers and sisters in law; Donald and Donna Boots of Ellwood City and Theron and Marilyln Boots of Delaware and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Boots in 1998.
