Ethel Mae Hairhoger 79 of Wampum, Pa died on Friday, September 11, 2009 at the Ellwood City
Hospital following a brief illness.

Born October 21, 1929 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Florence Wimer
Evans.

Ethel was Protestant by faith. She enjoyed crochet and needlepoint.

Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Gloria and Terry Froce of Ellwood City, two sons and
a daughter in law, Charles L. Hairhoger of Enon Valley and Eugene and Cindy Hairhoger of
Wampum, a daughter in law, Nancy Hairhoger of Wampum, two sisters; Elizabeth Miller of
Ellwood City and Bertha Wright of Fombell, a brother, Ralph Evans of Ellwood City, eleven
grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Carl V. Hairhoger on October 5, 1995 and a sister Louise
Radich.

Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 on Monday, September 14 at the Marshall Funeral
Home Main St. Wampum, PA.

Funeral Services will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home - Wampum on Tuesday, September 15,
2009 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Dick Allen officiating.

Interment will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
