Janet L. McKibben

Janet L. McKibben, loving mother, grandmother, and sister, of Cleland Mill Rd. New Castle (North Beaver Twp.) and formerly of Troy, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at her residence following a lengthly illness.

She was the daughter of the late James C. Bright Sr. and Rev. H. Virginia McCready Bright. Janet was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include a son, Douglas J. McKibben of North Beaver Twp; grandson, Matthew McKibben, special cousin, Rosemary Thomas; sisters and brothers in law; Mary Jane "M.J." and Clyde "C.W." Houk of Madeira Beach, Florida, Karen and Jim Hudson of Anaheim, CA, ; a brother and sister in law, James C. and Patty Bright Jr. of North Beaver Twp and a brother in law, John E. Williams of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Mark James McKibben and a sister, Sarah Williams.

Friends will be received at the First Assembly of God Church, 2021 Pulaski Rd. on Monday, November 2 from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral service at 6:00 P.M. Pastor Kenneth M. Meyer will officiate.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home - Wampum.
