To the entire Newton family,

I was so saddened to see that your husband and father died this past week. Even though I had not really lived back in the old neighborhood for all that long, he was always ready with a big smile and a wave each time I would drive by, or when I would pass by walking my dog.

I will keep you all in my prayers and hope that God will comfort you.

Best wishes,

Mark Campbell

Frank was a fine man and did a wonderful job at Ellwood City Forge.
