Sara J. Klobetanz

Sara J. Klobetanz, 81, of New Galilee, PA died on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Jameson Care Center.

Born February 12, 1929 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Beatrice Neuder Edwards. She was married to the late Ray J. Klobetanz who died on January 15, 1985.

Survivors include three children, Tim Klobetanz of New Galilee, Susan Klobetanz of New Galilee, Sharon Doherty of Wampum, two sisters, Betty Leida and Sylvia Ellis, both of Altoona, three grandchildren; Edward Doherty III, Leslie Doherty, Ryan Whoric, one great granddaughter, Caitlynn Doherty and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, Shirley Edwards and Alene Hill, and a brother, John Edwards.

Private graveside services will be held at the Clinton Cemetery in Wampum.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home - Wampum.

Sharon, Susan, Tim & Alan my heart goes out to all of you. But ALWAYS remember your mom was a great person who made an impact on my life from the time I was little and will always remember Aunt Sara making my bridal vail. I loved Aunt Sara a lot and will miss her just as much. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Please let me know when you have the memorial service so that I can be there.
I noticed that there were some misspellings in the names of Aunt Betty LEIDY and Aunt Whiney HULL.
