Barbara K. Tepsich

Barbara K. Tepsich, 72, of Shenango Twp. (formerly of Boyd School Rd.,Wampum) passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at The Grove of New Castle following a lengthy illness.

Born June 6, 1947 in Monaca, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Hope (Webster) Piersol. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James D. Piersol.

Barbara graduated from Center High School. She retired from St. Francis Hospital where she was a medical secretary. She then retired from the Youth Development Center. Barb was an avid reader. She enjoyed outdoor activities, especially camping and fishing.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Samuel R. Tepsich; a daughter, Karen (Ronald) Martin of Shenango Twp.; son, Robert (Rose) Tepsich of Center Twp.; and three grandchildren, Kelsey Houk, and Lucy and Sammy Tepsich.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday August 12 from 4 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, Wampum. Rev. Elizabeth Wallace of the Wampum Presbyterian Church will officiate. Final interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
