Carol Anne Coulter

Carol Anne Coulter, 70, of North Beaver Township passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 at her residence.

Born July 24, 1954 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late John and Anne Stolitca Midzie. 

Carol graduated from New Castle Vo-Tech and worked as a financial secretary and notary for North City Motors and Velocity Magnetics. She loved animals, especially horses and cats. Her most cherished time was with her family.

She is survived by her best friend and companion, Leroy Emery with whom she resided, mother-in-law, Rosemary Coulter, and many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and good friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 45 years Timothy Coulter who passed away on October 28, 2020, and her brother Michael J. Midzie.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday September 27, 2024 from 4:00 pm until the Funeral Service at 7:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main Street Wampum.
