Cheryl L. Baker

Cheryl L. Baker, 68, of Wampum passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, August 3, 2018 following a lengthy illness.

Born June 3, 1950 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Robert M. Kirkwood and Betty Heaton Kirkwood of Wampum. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two husbands, John K. Martin and David Baker and a brother, Robert D. Kirkwood.

Cheryl formerly worked as a cook at Northview Estates. She was affiliated with the Wampum Methodist Church. Her most cherished time was spent with family.

Survivors include her mother, and a daughter, Brenda (Craig) Allwine of Ellwood City; two sisters, Helen (Larry) Dennison of New Galilee, Pam (Ernest) Hudspath of Wampum; four grandchildren, Robert (Amber) Krueger, Whitney (Jake) Kirkendall, Frederick Krueger, Harley Moyer; and 10 great grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday August 7 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 341 Main Street Wampum. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday 11 am with Rev. James D. Johnson of the Risen Savior Christian Church officiating. Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
