Eileen C. DeLisio, 78, formerly of Ellwood City passed away peacefully on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Providence Care Center following an extended illness.

Born August 1, 1938 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Alice James Oliver. She was married for 43 years to Joseph M. DeLisio who passed away November 9, 2000.

Eileen, with her husband Joe, owned and operated DeLisio’s Hair Replacement in Beaver Falls for many years. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Church. Eileen was the former longtime cheer leading coach for the Ellwood City Packers Football Program and also for the Lincoln High School Squads. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending her winters in Florida. Her most cherished time was spent with her family.

Survivors include two daughters, Cathy (Jeff) Bucci of Ellwood City, Renee DeLisio Buben of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; son, Robert (Roni) DeLisio of North Sewickley Twp.; daughter in law, Jean DeLisio of Canfield, Ohio; two brothers, Albert (Helen) Oliver of North Sewickley Twp., Bob (Betty) Oliver of New Jersey; nine grandchildren, Chelsey (Dennis) Schooley, Alex (Leanne) Buben, Taylor (Jim) McKenna, Zachary Buben, Maressa, Madison, and Joey DeLisio, Kielly (Matt) Rapp, Joey Marie DeLisio; three great grandchildren, Madison Schooley, Liam McKenna, and Aubrey Rapp; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

In addition to her husband, Joe, Eileen was preceded in death by a son, Joseph; a daughter, Robin in infancy; a grandson, Curtis Bucci; and three sisters, Grace Bartle, Marie Muntean, and Tish Scott.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday November 28 from 2-7 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at Holy Redeemer Church at 10 am. Rev. Father Mark Thomas will officiate.   Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
