Frances Ruth Leech

Frances Ruth Leech, 77, of Wayne Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital following an apparent heart attack.

Born September 24, 1948 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Sr. and Frances Stewart Terracio.

Frances graduated from Beaver Falls High School in 1966. A devoted homemaker and military wife for 29 years, she was a longtime member of Wurtemburg United Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting and sewing at home, at her church, and at 1st Methodist Church in Ellwood City. Frances cherished moments spent with family, especially her grand and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 57 years, Bob Leech Sr.; son, Rob (Shannon) Leech Jr. of Wayne Twp; daughter, Dana (Chuck Kennedy) Leech of Ellwood City; grandchildren; TJ, Zoey, Dalaney, Nikaya, Tyler, Haley, Rowen and Sayde; great-granddaughter, Robin. She is also survived by her twin brother Arthur (Marjorie Freed) Terracio Jr.

Friends and family will be received on Tuesday June 16, 2026, from 4 to 7 pm and on Wednesday from 12 pm until the Funeral Service at 1:30 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City. Interment will be in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
