Gerald L. "Pee Wee" Orock, 88, of Perry Twp. (formerly of Fombell) passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, at UPMC - Jameson Hospital following a brief illness.
Born August 4, 1937, in Fombell, he was the son of the late William and Keturah McFarland Orock. He was married to Patti "Putsy" Kirkham Orock for 66 years when she passed away on February 18, 2022.
He held many jobs throughout his life, including at National Plumbing, 33 years at J&L Steel in Aliquippa retiring as a foreman, and later worked at the Butler Auto Auction. In addition, he operated his own logging business as a self-employed logger. In his younger years, he enjoyed racing motorcycles and stock cars locally. He also attended auctions regularly and collected antiques. He was a member of the Hungarian Home and the Vets Club in Ellwood City, as well as the American Motorcycle Association. He loved taking his grandchildren on vacations to Niagara Falls, Conneaut Lake, and many other special places. His most cherished moments were spent with his family.
Survivors include daughter, Lori (Jack) Veres of Fombell; son, Tawn Orock of Fombell; three grandchildren, Jamie, Carly, and Brandy; six great-grandchildren, Gianna, Derik, Noah, Amelia, Sebastian, and Amari; and a sister, Mary Jane Orock of Ft. Worth, TX.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sons, Randy in 1990 and Gerald Jr. in 2014, two brothers, William and Regis, and his sister, Ruth Haus.
Per his request, no services will be held. Interment will be in Clinton Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
