Joseph L. Barber, 61, of New Castle passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at Edison Manor following an illness.
Born September 6, 1964, in New Castle, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lillian Dallies Barber.
Joseph graduated from Walmo and worked as an assembler in the Lark Workshop.
Survivors include two sisters, Bonnie Barber and Shirley Barber and brother, Raymond Barber.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jennings and James Robert Barber and one sister, Joyce Blake.
No services will be held. Interment will be in Clinton Cemetery.
