Louis W. Miller

Louis W. "Macy" Miller, 91, of Wampum passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024 at UPMC - Jameson Hospital following a brief illness.

Born June 21, 1933 in Wampum, he was the son of the late Frank Sr. and Bertha Toth Miller. He was married to Carol A. Mohr Miller.

Macy retired in June 1995 from Medusa where he worked as a mechanic. Catholic by faith, Macy was a Veteran of the Army serving in Korea. He enjoyed fishing and watching the trains behind his house.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years Carol, two daughters, Barb (Adam) Moldovan and Mindy (David) Bender; two brothers, Robert (Dorothy) and Frank (Judy) Miller Jr.; three grandchildren; Cody and Kyleigh Moldovan, and Jaki Bender, and one great-grandson Carter Moldovan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jaki Lin Miller;  four sisters; Gloria Malone, Mary Jane " Mitzi" Suppa, Margaret A. "Marge" Murphy, and Emma M. Palagallo and three brothers, one in infancy and Carl E. "Shorty" and John Miller.

Per his wishes no services will be held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Wampum.
