Mark A. Majors, 67, of Chewton passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 surrounded by his daughters.
Born January 23, 1959 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Aubrey C. "Ted" and Madelyn F. Main Majors. He married Debbie J. Wimer Majors on May 16, 1981, and together they shared 44 years of marriage until her passing on February 5, 2026.
Mark attended Lawrence County Vo-Tech and took great pride in his work as a machinist. He retired from Blair Strip Steel in New Castle after a long career. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing and spending time in his garage.
Of all the roles he held in his life, being a father and “pap” meant the most to him. Mark was incredibly proud of his daughters and a doting grandfather. Mark loved his family deeply, and they will forever remember his unwavering love, playful teasing, and countless other memories with him.
Survivors include three daughters, Jessica (Bill) Liva of Wayne, PA, Ashley (David) Rosenberger of Mars, PA, and Brittany (Aleks) Grocic of Denver, CO; two granddaughters, Callahan Rosenberger and Evelyn Liva; two grandsons, Devin Rosenberger and Mark Liva, brother, Rick (Barbara) Majors, half-sister, Marilyn (John) Mueller and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Aubrey C. and Terry A. Majors.
Friends and family will be received on Sunday June 28, 2026, from 6 to 8 pm and on Monday June 29, from 10 am until the funeral service at 11 am at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main Street, Wampum, PA. Retired Pastor Dave Keppen will officiate. Following the service, all are welcome to join the family at the Polish White Eagles Club, 438 Oswald Street Wampum, PA for lunch and to gather and remember his life.
