Regina Marlene Caughey Stiffler, 79, of New Castle passed away Monday, August 4, 2025, at Quality Life Services Grove City following a four-month illness.
Born August 4, 1946, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Roy J. "Tim" and Katherine "Cassie" (Ritter) Caughey.
Regina graduated from Mohawk High School. She was Catholic by faith and previously worked as an assembler at Lark Enterprise. She enjoyed journaling, coloring, word searches, and loved visiting her family.
Survivors include one son, Terry Arlen McDonald; daughter, Donabell McDonald; two sisters, Rebecca (Bob) Suski of Upper St. Clair and Christine (Dan) Gorenz of Irwin; three brothers, Tim (Barb) Caughey of New Galilee, Mark (Patty) Caughey of New Castle, and Brian (Angie) Caughey of Pittsburgh, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother John Douglas Caughey in infancy.
Friends and family will be received on Friday August 8, 2025, from 11:00 am until the Blessing Service at 1:00 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main Street Wampum. Deacon Erik Pintar will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
