Rosalee C. Copper

Rosalee C. Copper, 82, of New Beaver Borough formerly of New Castle passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at The Grove At New Wilmington following a lengthy illness.

Born July 16, 1938 in Martinsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late George M. and Ada Slagenweit Clapper. She was married to the late Ralph Copper.

Rosalee was a member of the Wampum Woman’s Club.

Survivors include a sister with whom she resided, Arlene Vitril of Wampum, two sons, Kevin (Lynn) Kelley of Goldthweit, TX, Ernie (Mary) Copper of New Castle; step-daughter, Gwen (Mike) Radachy of West Pittsburg; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Kelley and two brothers; Merle and Galen Clapper.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Marshall Funeral Home, Wampum.
