Peter G. Garcia

Peter G. Garcia, 74, of Duncan Ave. Ellport died on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at the Evergreen Nursing Center following a lengthy illness.

Born September 18, 1937 in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Justino and Engracia Cruz Garcia.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joyce Pelloni Garcia whom he married on December 22, 1970.

Pete worked at Lake Forest Gardens for 16 years and at Giant Eagle for 4 years. He was a member of Park Gate Baptist Church. Pete enjoyed fishing..

In addition to his wife, Joyce he is survived by a son and daughter in law, Angelo and Joanne Garcia of New Brighton and brothers and sisters in Puerto Rico.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday November 28, 2011 from 5 to 8 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home 200 Fountain Ave. Ellwood City.

Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 29 at 11:00 am with Rev. David Childs and Rev. Jerry Kroll officiating.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
