Ray S. Moyer

Ray S. Moyer, 50, of Rose Stop Rd. New Castle (Shenango Twp.) died unexpectedly on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the Country Roads Mobile Home Park.

Born May 24, 1961 in Ellwood City. He was married on February 12, 1983 to Sandy McConahy Moyer who survives.

Ray currently was the owner operator of Country Roads Mobile Home Park. He formerly worked for PATCEM located at Southdown Cement Co. in Wampum. He was a member of the Harmony Baptist Church. Ray graduated from Lincoln High School. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and was an avid Steeler Fan.

In addition to his wife, Sandy he is survived by 3 children - Rachel Moyer, Amber Moyer, Ray "Spanky" S. Moyer, all at home and a sister - Jodie Grimes.

He was preceded in death by his father Ray S. Moyer.

Visiting hours will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 on Sunday August 21, 2011 at the Marshall Funeral Home Main Street Wampum.

Funeral Services will be held at the Harmony Baptist Church on Monday,August 22, 2011 at 11:00 am with Pastor Jim Hockenberry officiating.

Interment will follow in the Harmony Baptist Cemetery.
